Notes:
Despite the similarity of titles, this issue appears to have stumbled across its name quite independently of Lucas. It's somewhat odd that Lucas allowed this title to be used, though, as The Empire Strikes Back had been the title of the then-upcoming sequel to Star Wars: A New Hope since the initial story treatment, dated 28 November 1977.
