Synopsis:
Infectia is about to kiss Iceman when Boom Boom blasts a time-bomb between them. Iceman goes after her and runs into Leech. They tell eachother they are both up way past their bedtimes. Beast grabs Boom Boom and she tells him that she was upset that Infectia was about to kiss Iceman and she wanted to stop them. Beast says that Infectia is "bad" and that Iceman won't listen to him about not talking to Infectia. The rest of the X-Terminator's team arrives and they all decide to keep Bobby from kissing Infectia.

In Dallas, Marvel Girl and Cyclops battle Freedom Force. They both continue to demand that Freedom Force tell them where Nathan Summers is at. They do not know what they are going on about and the battle continues. Marvel Girl takes out Spiral and Blob and Avalanche go towards Cyclops. Cyclops says he will ask one last time, "Where is my son?"

On the Ship, the X-Terminators stop Infectia from kissing Iceman each time they see it about to occur. Rictor stops them first, then Skids, Rusty, and Artie even. Infectia is angry by this and decides to stop trying for the night and goes to her room on the ship. Iceman goes to bed as do the X-Terminators. Infectia threatens Ship by kissing the door since she thinks she is in on the conspiracy to stop her from kissing Iceman and Ship gives in to her threat.

In Omaha, Nanny watches as a being rises out of a liquid bath with steam rising. The being grabs a large gun-like weapon and steps down a ladder from the ship to the top of a house. He opens a bedroom door where children are sleeping and then there are multiple gunshots heard in the bedroom.

Meanwhile, Infectia decides to take Iceman to her place in Manhattan. She tells Ship to give them a jet to fly to the city. Ship gives in to the demand. They take off towards the city.

Cyclops shoots a very intense beam at Blob and it goes right through his right arm. The fighting stops when Destiny appears and says that she is beginning to get a vision. She says that the threads holding their lives together are broken but that Cyclop's son is alive. She says that she sees bars on the windows and that Nathan Summers' present lies in Cyclops' past. She tells them to head to New York and that their destinies lie there.

In Chicago, the organization known as "The Right" watches the tape of Warren Worthington as he broke into a classified building looking for the whereabouts of his ex-girlfriend Candy Southern. They decide that mutants are becoming fast-growing threat and that they have located many mutants that are unaware of their powers and that they must be hunted down and killed like dogs.

Ship tells Beast that Iceman and Infectia have left and he jumps in a jet to follow them to the city. Iceman walks in to Infectia's building and she captures him in a large restraining unit. She says that she is needing to kiss him to complete her plan and shows him her powers by kissing a postman named Mr. Binkley. He mutates into a monster. Beast crashes in and is attacked by Mr. Binkley. They fight then suddenly Mr. Binkley "poofs" and is gone. Infectia talks of the "side effect" of her kisses. She goes to kiss Iceman and says she has never kissed a mutant before and Beast tries to stop them. Their lips touch and there is an explosion from the kiss. Infectia is knocked out and Iceman is freed. He reaches Beast who was hurt in the blast. He grabs Beast's body and Beast goes unconscious and begins to change from his blue fur to his normal human form and Iceman yells out his name as Beast appears to have died.
