Cover by James H. Williams III - 'J.H. Williams III, Jim' - reprint of Wolverine annual 1995. This comic was a replacement to the cancelled Complete X-men monthly comic that should have been released & was advertised. This would have started out with reprint US Wolverine issues & the Gambit, Bishop solo series with Rogue series to follow. But these where cancelled with the plans for the later released US format Essential X-men series.
