Notes:
A two volume hardcover set with a slipcase which together reprints the first ten issues of Captain America Comics. The individual volumes were not sold separately, but they were re-released in softcover individually in 1998 & 2000.
The set was released in 1990, but includes no indication of this in the indicia. Instead only the copyright date of 1941 is stated.
The creators listed under coloring in this entry are credited in the book for "Art restoration and coloring".
