Synopsis: While gathered at an anniversary party for Iris Allen, Max Mercury makes a shocking discovery... death is coming for Wally West! Meanwhile, Wally travels to Somalia in order to battle the Weather Wizard, who just may not have something up his sleeves for a change. Following their encounter, Wally travels back to Keystone in order to propose to Linda, but is stopped by Impulse, thus saving Wally's life. Unfortunately, the Black Flash never returns to the Speed Force empty handed.
