Letters Column: Star Words

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away . . .
On the ice planet Hoth, Luke Skywalker is doing a routine patrol when he is attacked by an ice creature. Near death after the attack, he sees a vision of the now-dead Obi-Wan Kenobi, urging him to travel to the remote jungle world of Dagobah. Meanwhile, Han and Chewie are alerted to the presence of probe droids, from a possibly Imperial source. LIght years distant, Darth Vader interprets the response from the probe droid as indicating the presence of the rebel stronghold on Hoth.
