Synopsis:
Hawkeye returns to Avengers Mansion. The Avengers return, only to find that Hawkeye has tied up Gyrich, not knowing who he is. When they free him, Gyrich is furious, and revokes their A-1 security clearance. This severely hampers their ability to function. They are no longer allowed to fly the quinjets or to use the Avengers communication system, having to rely on telephones now. The Avengers get a report that Tyrak the treacherous has attacked New York Harbor. Tyak wants to destroy the Avengers in order to prove his worth to his would-be Atlantean subjects. After a lengthy battle the Avengers finally defeat Tyrak. The threat gone, Ms Marvel then flies off. The Vision then disappears into thin air. Pietro had also disappeared into thin air. The Beast receives a distress call from the X-Men and takes off in a quinjet, now a federal offense. Thor has also left to fight a giant in Jamaica Bay. The Avengers are now focused on trying to find out why several of their current and former members have disappeared into thin air.
