When a group of masked terrorists commit genocide at an auto show, Earl Crawford is sent to investigate where he once again meets Jim Corrigan. Learning of a ransom, Corrigan sets out to take out the terrorists leader while being trailed by Earl Crawford. How with the Spectre enact his vengeance, and will Earl Crawford link Jim Corrigan to the mysterious Spectre?

When Aquaman has an identical robot duplicate created to stand in for him during diplomatic affairs, Atlantis is attacked by a great beast! Finding out that the beast is nothing more than a robot itself, Aquaman must race back to Atlantis to locate the control device and be able to stop the sinister scheme before Atlantis is destroyed!
