Synopsis:
Hector Hammond is able to subdue Wally West. When he recovers, Wally finds himself racing across the Atlantic and pulling Hammond behind him. Hammond says they are going to Gorilla City, because a fragment of the meteorite that gave him and Gorilla Grodd their intellects has been discovered and must be retrieved.

Once reaching Africa, Wally slingshots Hammond away and runs into Green Lantern Hal Jordan.
