Batman and Robin took down an arms deal being headed by the Ghost Dragons. The way things looked, Kingsnake was alive. The Ghost Dragons hijacked the feds and took back their weaponry. Batman and Robin could not stop them. Lynx reported back to Kingsnake. Gordon showed Batman a Ghost Dragon corpse wearing a Robin outfit.
