Notes:
Two versions of this issue exist. One version, the Direct Market version, has a plastic purple "gem" attached (to represent the Eclipso gem) to the cover; the other, the Newsstand version, does not. The "gem", while a cool marketing gimmick, ensures that very few of these copies will ever be in true "mint" condition since the back covers were exposed to the "gem" on the book below it. Also, copies which were handled by customers who chose not to buy the book suffered the "gems" coming loose from the handling.
Still, for all the troubles, it still looks very cool when you pull it out of your collection.
