Synopsis:
This issue opens with Hazmat's origin. After some training by guest-instructor, Iron Fist, the students and teachers head off to the supervillain prison, The Raft, where Hazmat evidently plans to kill Norman Osborn in revenge for torturing her, and causing her powers to rise to such a level that she cannot be outside her hazmat suit around other people. The issue ends with the power shutting down and Hazmat threatening Osborn.
