Synopsis:
Dum Dum Dugan and Jasper Sitwell are still being interrogated about the incident in China in a closed session of the U.N. Security Council. The events are revealed to the reader as they are recounted for the Council. In a separate narrative, which took place before the China incident, the Howling Commandos have a reunion dinner.
