Synopsis:
A mall under siege from and army of jokers. GCPD arrives at the mall where what appears to be a woman falling from a ledge. The leader of the group shoots a cop leaving the police to open fire on the surrounding mob leaving on member dead. The next night the mob forms and heads for GCPD headquarters. Gordon orders tear gas and rubber bullets only. After the Jokerz dispense themselves later a new figure appears, an imposter Batman.
