When Batman and Robin stumble across a rape in progress, they interfere and bring the perp to justice. Unfortunately for them, the perp is the son of a high-ranking government official with diplomatic immunity, meaning he can go free. Linking the father and son to a drug-trafficking ring, Batman and Robin attempt to bring them in once more. Unable to have them arrested, they will be returned to their native country. In the meantime however, the son drives his prior victim to commit suicide, which pushes Robin over the edge. When the son falls from his penthouse balcony, it prompts Batman to ask whether it was an accident or whether he was pushed...
