Synopsis:
Scarlet, a young woman living in Portland, Oregon, decides to take on the injustices in the world. A corrupt police officer randomly chose Scarlet and her boyfriend to frame for crimes to cover his own crimes. He killed Scarlet's boyfriend and shot her in the head, putting her in the hospital. Now, she's angry at the world and out to save it.
