In a cave just outside of Las Vegas, Bruce Banner as the Hulk is trying to deactivate a HYDRA gamma-bomb, but something goes wrong and soon the Hulk is engulfed in a powerful gamma-explosion. Rising from the smoke and wreckage an over-powered and over-enraged Grey Hulk sets out on a path of destruction. As Reed and Sue have to deal with the state trying to take their children away the Human Torch and the Thing head to Nevada to try and stop the Hulk before he reaches Las Vegas.
