Synopsis:
Wally West, Jay Garrick and Bart Allen have all been captured by Vandal Savage. Savage uses a weapon called the Summoner to draw an asteroid to Earth, in order to destroy and reform the planet. Jay, Wally and Bart free themselves. Bart attempts to keep peace in the city while Jay checks in on Linda and the twins and Wally works to stop the Summoner.
