Synopsis:
Thanks to the power taken from Optimus Prime's creation matrix in Transformers #5, Shockwave places the finishing touches on six new Decepticons: the Constructicons.
Back at the Ark, Blackrock enters into talks with the Autobots to help them with their energy problems. Prowl assigns Huffer and a detachment of Autobots to investigate the activity at Decepticon HQ.
Back home from his hospital stay, "Sparkplug" Witwicky is thrilled beyond belief to find his son has fixed every car that had been waiting for him.
Having followed the Decepticons, Huffer finds out their ultimate goal is to build a communications device that will interface with Soundwave, allowing the Decepticons to contact Cybertron. When the Constructicons merge to form Devastator and beat back the other Autobots, Huffer is forced to decide between severing the first connection he's had with his homeworld and preventing the Decepticons from calling for reinforcements...
