Cover Date: 1978
Cover Price: US $1.25

Issue Tagline: ORACLE (tm) The Magazine of Graphic Science-Fiction & Fantasy / Limited Collector's Edition

Format: Black & White; Magazine; 32 pages

Story Arc(s):    Add/remove story arcs to this issue

Letters Column: None

Synopsis:
A 30-page science-fiction tale with a dash of sorcery. Opening chapter in a larger story. Also includes a three-page back-up story by FRED BOBB.

Notes:
A magazine-sized fanzine in appearance, but boasting a 30-page story penciled by GEORGE PEREZ! It looks like his mid-1970's work at points, and at others resembles his TEEN TITANS work yet to come (in fact, Katrae Villasse, Princess Royal of Massada struck me as a prototype for Starfire).

Inside front cover is by JIM CRAIG and blurbs read "2nd Sensational Issue! At your newsstand Sept. 1st."

This 'zine appears to have been reprinted in 1986 under the title ORACLE PRESENTS with text reading TOPAZ replacing the words "Limited Collector's Edition" that run on an angle across the cover of this edition.
