Smith talks Shang Chi into flying to Florida to stop Fu Manchu's plan to taint the nations gasoline with a chemical that will give him power over America.

Paul Gulacy's first work on Master Of Kung Fu. The lettercol reads, "we herald Punch-'em-out Paul Gulacy as the new artist for this color comic series."

Missives to the Master spans two pages and includes Marvel Value Stamp Series A 62, The Plunderer. A half page is dedicated to a yellow-boxed "Special Announcement from Stan, Roy, and Marvel Comics" explaining the nickel price hike from 20-cents to a quarter.
