Synopsis:
Mr. Freeze was let loose after a good psychiatric evaluation (and after being approached by the demon Neron). Mr. and Mrs. Gordon seemed to make peace: James was withdrawing from the mayoral race. Freeze began killing potential partners in a cryogenics operation when they denied him. Batman took him down after he'd killed four of them.
