Synopsis:
Batman under the control of the Penguin attacks cops, the mayor, the Falcones, and Black Mask. Batman understands how the toxins work and usng his free will to take the Black Mask and his followers off gaurd. The toxins slowing his timing down Batman gets shot four times in the chest only to be washed a shore and picked up by Robin then taken to the batcave.
