Synopsis: This issue takes place four years in the past and some from the present.
Three years after she meets Batman she begins being her own vigilante. This is also around the same time that her dad (the colonel) finds her operation. Her dad enlist and help her set up the heart of her operation while maintaining she is training every waking moment mental and physical.
Present day she gets the blood work back from her contact who reveal that the 2 bloods are from identical twins. A confrontation of the colonel about Alice ends this arc.
