Synopsis:
In upstate New York, the Hulk finds himself in a battle with the army, after which he is rescued by two small children. Reverting to Bruce Banner, the children state that they are not alone, that their younger brother Billy is also with them. Unfortunately, it seems that Billy has been mutated into a monster with an insatiable appetite, and the next item on his menu appears to be the Hulk!
