Wally West (the current Flash) has two broken legs. The villain called "The Suit" could strike anywhere at any time. Flash's super-fast friends are going to pretend to be him to confuse The Suit. The suit heads toward a prison full of meta-humans, so he can use their powers. He bonds with Max Mercury.
