Mike Dugan has returned from military school and has gotten his father to tell him and Courtney the story of why he's still so young despite being born in the 1920s. It's the last meeting of the Seven Soldiers of Victory and Spider has need of them to fight against Nebula Man. After building the Nebula Rod, they run off to stop Nebula Man, leaving Wing at the headquarters.
Meanwhile, back at their meeting place, Billy Gunn has come to warn the Soldiers of Spider's treachery but is shot through the neck with an arrow. Wing hurries to tell them that it's a trap but is too late, they've already engaged the monster. After replacing a component in the Nebula Rod, Wing jumps Nebula Man, destroying him and sending them all into a time warp. After being hurled back in time, he's later rescued by the JSA. After that time, the Soldiers split up and Pat moves on with his life, getting married and having Mike before getting divorced and allowing his ex to send Mike to military school. He then lets Pat know that he's here to say; he was kicked out of military school.

Only Crimson Avenger (03), Mike Dugan, Patton, the Star-Spangled Kid (02, as Courtney Whitmore), STRIPE (as Pat Dugan) and the Spider (02) appear in the present.
