Happy, still dressed as Iron Man, wakes up to find Pepper and two medics watching over him. Happy says he's fine so the medics leave, but Detective O'Brien arrives demanding to talk to Iron Man so Happy dons the helmet again. He stonewalls O'Brien by saying he has to look for Stark. Meanwhile, the Red Ghost tells Tony he is stuck in intangible form and needs Stark's experimental cosmitronic cannon to cure himself. Stark says he can't build a new one, so the Ghost sends his Super-Apes with Tony to break into Stark International. Once inside, Stark modifies the cosmitronic cannon and solidifies the Red Ghost, then changes into Iron Man and fights the four. The Red Ghost attempts to turn intangible again but dissipates. Iron Man arranges for the Super-Apes to be taken into custody. The next day Stark is chatting with Happy and Pepper at work when Happy collapses.
