World Without a Justice League

Donna Troy comes calling and recruits Red Tornado and Supergirl to join her space army. Manitou Dawn sends an astral projection to seek help from Green Arrow and Black Canary as she is held captive by an old foe of the Justice League. Batman visits Arkham Asylum and learns that this old foe's increased powers are a result of his actions.
