Synopsis:
After the fight with O.C.P.'s Rehibilitation Concepts Robocop is taken back in pieces. Dr. Margret Love has reset his directives to be more public relations than cop. O.C.P. is setting up Robocop to be a cop killer. After the assassination of an officer, Officer Lewis is now at mercy from this sniper.
