Synopsis:
All the plans G.I. Joe and Cobra have hatched come to fruition in this issue.
Cobra's plan to use Scarface as a tool smoke the Joes out of their headquarters.
The joes realize this and plan to fool Cobra and tries to trick them into attacking
a fake base.
