Synopsis:
Nightwing and Batgirl fight each other after Batman has gone missing. Alfred makes Nightwing come to his senses and he and Batgirl agree to establish a network that will help them find Batman and bring peace. Batgirl wants to include the Riddler in their plot. Meanwhile a mysterious figure wearing the "Cloak of Sorrows" is being trained to be "worthy" and spies on both Nightwing and Batgirl.
