Synopsis: Mitch is annoyed that Mayor Murky vetoed Intervale Park, so Stanley can't play with kids his own age, and decides to write an angry letter. The mayor picks Mitchell at random to run with and improve his image, but arrives when he isn't home. Stanley accidentally gives the mayor's obnoxious nephew a photograph of the monster dress as a ringmaster, and the monster signs his own name, S.N. Massachusetts instead of Mitchell's by mistake.
Mitchell gets involved in a riot at the political rally, humiliates Mayor Murky, causing him to lose to Councilman Dingle, who had been running against him for 22 years.
