Lightning and Stars

Bulletman has been accused of high treason after being implicated in aiding the Nazis during World War 2. However, the whole thing seems to be a scam, as he was with the first Starman the night that he supposedly destroyed a U.S. Navy ship. He's suddenly taken away by the Bureau of Meta-Human Affairs and told that his alibi must be kept secret. With no escape in sight, his only chance to escape appears when his daughter brings him his Bulletman helmet. While Mary works on a way to find if the newsreel is fake, Sarge Steel calls on Captain Marvel to find Bulletman in Opal. There, he finds Starman in his way.
