Synopsis:
The Birds of Prey travel to Dayton, Ohio where a series of drug dealers have been brutally murdered over the past few weeks. When the murderer is revealed to be a teenage girl whose mother died of a drug overdose months ago, the Birds of Prey are startled to learn that Black Alice has the incredible ability to steal other character's magic-based powers. Will Dr. Fate be able to save the day?
