Synopsis:
John Constantine visits the beach of his youth, which now has a nuclear power plant. He dreams that it has a meltdown, leaving only him and a woman he does not know as survivors after a few others go insane and commit unintentional suicides. They mate to continue the human race, but give birth two a two-headed white seal that is eaten by the skeletal gulls that were the first casulaties of the explosion.
