Synopsis:
It is Cluracan's turn to tell a story to the other patrons at the Worlds' End while they wait out the reality storm.
Cluracan of Faerie is sent by the Queen to see that an alliance of Plains Cities does not come to pass. He runs into some trouble when he insults the religious/political ruler of the city. Fortunately, his sister is in favor with Dream.
