Synopsis:
Along with Zatanna, Wally travels to San Francisco to set things right with the Top. Restoring his memories, the Top reels with the information. Vowing to undo what he accomplished with Barry, Wally may now no longer be able to trust some current allies. Returning home, Wally finds a familiar face, as elsewhere the Rogues learn of the death of Captain Boomerang, as well as the identity of his son!
