Ishtar and Tiffany are dancers.
Delirium has taken over driving duties after the untimely death of the driver, Ruby. Dream calls in his raven, Matthew, to give driving advice. When they find Ishtar, Dream learns she does not know where his brother is and warns her she may be in danger.
Ishtar gives her final performance.
