Synopsis:
Mark is still cleaning up after his father as Cecil calls him to the Pentagon to take care of some Surface-Dweller/Atlantian problems. Because Omni-Man killed Aquarius, their law states that he must marry the queen. But since he isn't around anymore, that responsibility is passed on to Mark. The Atlantians take him away until the government can think of a loop hole. Unfortunately, they can't, but Mark gets an idea when the Visier confesses his love for the queen. Together, they stage a rescue of the queen by the Visier so that he can live happilly with the queen and Mark can go back home.

Meanwhile, Debbie makes friends with SuperPatriot's wife, William makes Eve take him out flying and Robot scolds Monster Girl for sexually harassing Bulletproof.
