Synopsis:
Angel follows Lykos to Tierra Del Fuego separately from the rest of the X-men, where after a surprising encounter with some Pterodactyls, he plummets into the Savage Land. There he is found by The Creator and Amphibius, and said to be dead. The other X-Men have also entered the Savage Land. They run into Ka-Zar and Zabu, whom they fight briefly, mostly so Ka-Zar can go about his business unimpeded. The X-Men follow him. When Ka-Zar gets into trouble against Equilibrius and some Swamp Men, the X-Men come to his aid. Equilibrius runs back to the Creator, who has recently resurrected Angel, and tells him the X-Men are coming. Angel promises the creator to help, even against the X-men. Elsewhere, Ka-Zar kills The Piper while the X-Men fight one of his pets. Finally, Magneto introduces Gaza, Amphibius, Lupo, and Brainchild, and Angel flies off to reason with the X-men.
