At first, the Hellspawn is oddly comfortable sitting on the throne of Hell, but soon becomes sickened by the vile stench of evil. Is this Hell a world of illusion or reality? Spawn is still not sure, as the clever Hel tries to persuade him to take on the role he was destined to fulfill; the role of judge, jury and executioner. As he looks back on his own shadowy past, the Hellspawn is unable to judge others. However, Hel has one more fetid and festering soul for Spawn to judge, and this one may be hard to resist.
