Synopsis:
General Eiling has put his consciousness into The Shaggy Man's robotic body, now calling himself "The General". Superman informs the four members of the Ultramarine Corps that their powers are killing them. He convinces them that Eiling is insane and they turn against him.
Unable to defeat The General outright, the JLA comes up with an alternate solution.
