As Sam and Bucky close in on the Red Skull's base, plans are in motion. But things are starting to move against the Skull. A traitor in the Red Skull's operation reveals not only the location of his base, but also some of his plans to S.H.I.E.L.D.

Now while the Falcon and Black Widow attack the Skull's base of operations, Captain America has to stop an assassination at the presidential debate.
