Synopsis:
A homecoming for Tara Chace is cut short when she must return to active duty for a mission with the latest addition to the Special Section. When a scandal involving high-ranking government officials, UK oil drilling, and the Russian Mafia threatens the integrity of the country, Tara must go to St. Petersburg and stop it all before it starts. But when the new agent messes up, will Chace just make things worse?
