Tower of Babel

Ra's al Ghul is on the run. Superman and Batman go to track him down while the rest of the team heads to the middle east to stop Ra's men from releasing biochemical weapons. The League is able to pull together and stop the bioweapon attack, but Ra's is able to escape.
With everyone recovering from their attacks, the JLA votes on whether to expel Batman.
