The Suit, having taken control of Max Mercury's body, has broken supervillains out of prison. Wally West has created a suit of speedforce armor to compensate for his two broken legs. While Jay Garrick and Impluse deal with the prison, Wally fights The Suit.
When it's all over, Wally returns home to find a member of the classic rogues gallery causing problems.
