Synopsis:
Sonar, Heatwave, and Hatchet steal a "Doomsday Weapon" from Iraq.
Kyle Rayner, Flash Wally West, and Green Arrow Connor Hawke take a cruise together to get away from the Justice League.
They discover the three villains in the ship's bar. Sonar threatens to sink the ship if they try to interfere with their plans. The heroes surrender, and the villains reveal that their "Doomsday Weapon" is Dr. Polaris.
Back at Kyle's apartment, Jade is kidnapped.
