Issue Tagline: The Torture Chamber of Desaad!

Format: Color; Standard Comic Issue

Story Arc(s):    Add/remove story arcs to this issue
Genesis (DC)

Letters Column: Ringside

Jade comforts Kyle Rayner since Donna Troy has returned the pendant he gave her.

John Stewart has opened an architecture firm with Merayn Dethalis as his assistant.

A boom tube opens up and Kyle is snatched to Desaad's torture chamber. Desaad wishes to discover the connection between Kyle's wishes and the ring he wears. He says he is gathering information for Darkseid's coming "Cataclysm."

He says that Oa was a focal point for great power and now, somehow, that power is conducted through Kyle.

Once Desaad has learned the extent of Kyle's willpower, he returns him to Earth.

This issue is a tie-in to the "Genesis" event.
