Synopsis:
Maura Rayner says that her boyfriend, James Hollins, works at STAR Labs. Kyle mentions that he saved a Hollins at the lab fire earlier. At the Labs, Kyle finds Hollins in the grip of the Machine Messiah.

During the fight, Donna Troy continuously attempts to convince Maura that Kyle can handle the situation.

Kyle defeats the Machine Messiah by creating random ring creation, so that the machine cannot predict his moves.

Later, Donna receives news over the phone that her ex-husband and son have died.
